Reclaiming Our Own Transcendence

Since 2018 we have offered culturally responsive, free, and deep sliding scale collective wellness and practice circles.

Help us honor our work by making an in-person community retreat possible.

All donations, monetary and in-kind, are tax deductible via our 501(c)3 entity, “We Take Root.”

HEALING CYCLES OF HARM and ANGER LAB

MONTHLY ALUMNI

CHECK-INS

These drop-in, check-ins for BIPOC alumni of Healing Cycles of Harm and Anger Lab provide an open container for folks who want to share what feels alive in your practice. The space will be open to sharing challenges, milestones, griefs, or anything else related to your growth and healing practice. We will meet every other week and facilitators will rotate among our tender and wise space holders depicted below.

If you are a Healing Cycles of Harm alum, you should have received an email with more information about how to access our check-ins. If we no longer have a live email from you, please reach out to Rosa at rosa@wetakeroot.com

VISION

To regenerate communities by releasing our attachment to patterns of harm that lead to sexual and interpersonal violence.

MISSION

To address individual and communal trauma wounds through transformative education, a diversity of healing encounters, and community accountability strategies, prioritizing support for those furthest from economic, political, and institutional access.
